Legal Leadership Training Program
2025-2026 Workshops

The Legal Leadership Training Program returns to Sciences Po Paris with a new edition dedicated not only to developing professional and leadership skills, but also to strengthening the sense of community among future participants.
Open to Master 1 students in Economic Law, the program brings together students eager to grow, connect, and support one another in navigating the legal world.
Through interactive workshops led by practitioners and mentors, participants from diverse backgrounds will explore themes such as public speaking, self-advocacy, career readiness, and well-being at work. But beyond skills, this year’s focus is on building lasting connections—creating a network of peers who share values of inclusion, mutual support, and ambition.
Together, we’re not just training future professionals — we’re shaping a stronger, more connected and diverse legal community.

1. Self-Empowerment workshop
September 2025

In September, we had the privilege of welcoming Linda Brahmi to Sciences Po.
As Corporate Counsel at Google MENA and as a certified #IAMREMARKABLE facilitator, Linda led an inspiring workshop on the importance of self-advocacy and breaking the stigma around self-promotion.
Her session set the perfect tone for the launch of our leadership program, reminding us that acknowledging and sharing our achievements is a powerful skill-especially in professional settings where many of us underestimate ourselves.

A heartfelt thank you to both Linda and all the participants for creating such an energizing and impactful workshop!

2. CV and Interview Skills
November 2025
Hosted by
The CV and Interview Skills workshop hosted by A&O Shearman for the Legal Change Leadership Program was a practical and interactive session led by Hippolyte Marquetty, partner and specialist in corporate criminal law and Julie Metois, specialist in commercial and civil litigation. This workshop provided participants with practical advice on how to build an impactful CV, approach interviews with confidence, and present themselves effectively in the legal sector.

During the session, both mentors guided attendees through essential strategies for crafting a standout CV and tackling common interview challenges. Practical tips, role-playing exercises, and a Q&A allowed students to gain insights on recruiter expectations, self-presentation, and career planning within the legal profession. A&O Shearman’s involvement highlighted its continued commitment to supporting young talent and diversity in law. The workshop empowered students to take the next step in their professional journeys, equipped with targeted skills and expert feedback.
