Anais Person, an IP and Digital Business Law graduate, specializes in personal data protection, AI compliance, and health innovation. She teaches at Parisian universities on topics such as automated health analysis and legal frameworks for health data.
She's also the President of Privacy Tech, an online privacy solutions innovation project, and launched Women in Legal Tech in 2020 to fight inequality using Legal Tech tools and skills.

Nadia Lamrhari graduated from the University of Paris I - Panthéon Sorbonne and the University of Paris-Est Créteil in Digital Law and Intellectual Property Law. She started her professional career by joining the teams of the law firm Herbert Smith LLP and then decided to join the Legal Department of Rakuten, where she stayed for 3 years. In 2014, she joined Google France before being appointed to head the Legal Department of Google Cloud France in 2022.
Her direction accompanies the strong development as well as the strategy of the Google Cloud teams in France, which is one of the priority markets in the EMEA region. She advises on a wide range of legal issues related to cloud computing technologies (Commercial Law, Personal Data Protection, Digital Sovereignty, Artificial Intelligence) in order to contribute to the digital transformation of Google Cloud's French corporate customers.

Sonia Cissé graduated from the University of Montpellier with a Master's degree in Intellectual Property Law, and from Kings College London with an LLM in International Business Law.
She advises on technology and data issues, software licensing, IT services agreements, distribution agreements, e-commerce and data protection.
The conference
We had the honor of organizing our first event at Sciences Po on the theme "Breaking Barriers: Women in Law in Tech," open to both male and female students of Sciences Po and the general public.
We had the opportunity to listen and learn from the experiences of three extraordinary women who joined us as speakers: Sonia Cissé, partner at Linklaters; Anais Person, founder of Women in Legal Tech and the Privacy Tech association; and Nadia Lamrhari, legal head at Google Cloud France.
Thank you to our speakers for conveying the message that:
- Paths to excellence don't necessarily have to be linear and predetermined
- Social inequalities can be challenged through awareness, but especially through mentoring, leadership, and support programs.
- Diversity is an added value to encourage and be proud of.
We hope this conference shed light on the fact that while the lack of diversity in decision-making places is a real problem, our collective efforts can positively change the status quo.
Our goal as an organization is precisely to dismantle these cognitive biases from the university stage at Sciences Po, and we look forward to continuing this journey by organizing many more activities!
