Careers in International Arbitration : Diversity as an Asset

In February 2025, our panel discussion "Careers in International Arbitration: Diversity as an Asset" came to life. The room was packed, the energy was high, and the exchanges were rich. Our panellists Katya Hartl, Zyad Loutfi, Anne-Sarah Maleville and Mikaël Schinazi, truly went above and beyond. A special mention for Mikaël who joined us on Zoom!

It was a pleasure to see such a diverse group coming together: LLM students, Master’s students, international students, and local ones alike. Diversity is at the heart of Legal Change, it is our foundation and our strength.

This conference is yet another testimony to our mission and vision.
