Workplace Soft Skills
The Conference
Workplace soft and interpersonal skills are crucial to foster a healthy professional environment.
Workplace is a phenomenon that affects individuals. Violence is multi-faceted and can be physical, verbal and/or psychological. It may be an act, threat, harassment, intimidation or other behaviour that occurs at the workplace. It may also include sexual violence, which predominantly affects women.
Legal Change is proud to have cooperated with Olivier Coppin, a certified coach with over 15 years’ experience in the fields of law and management. Togetjer, we presented a workshop on workplace violence to students of Sciences Po. The workshop focussed on identifying violence and its gendered elements, understanding the mechanisms of workplace violence, and learning to avoid becoming both a victim or perpetrator.

The Speaker
Olivia Coppin holds a double Master’s degree in Business Law and a Master’s degree from Celsa in Communication Sciences. She began her career in consultancy with the L’Oréal and Lagardère groups. She continued her career in the agency world, firstly with Havas as Director, where she was responsible for projects relating to the employer brand (management, HR communications).
Alongside her consultancy work, Olivia began offering coaching to the managers she worked with. She then joined the French subsidiary of the Omnicom Group, where she was appointed Senior Vice-President, managing a team of 30 people.
After five years of coaching and HR support, she set up her own training organisation, Les Bons Codes. In addition to the training courses she offers, she continues to coach clients (companies and individuals) to help them achieve their objectives, using a range of tools (active listening, transactional analysis, emotional intelligence, MBTI, etc.).
